Upgrades
We self-perform, mechanical, electrical and HVAC piping and equipment installations along with start up, warranty and commissioning. We also work closely in conjunction with third party commissioning agents to supplement our in-house expertise by utilizing qualified subcontractors who install insulation, temperature controls/EMS systems and Test & Balance.
Demolition
We have the expertise, tools, and resources to handle all types of demolition. We routinely perform interior selective demolition and structural demolition services. We work closely with the customer’s engineering and safety staff to produce safe, cost effective methods of deconstruction.
